FAQ

You've got questions? We've got answers.

Everything consumers and advisors want to know about flat fee financial advice and our directory.

For consumers

What's so special about the financial advisors listed on this site?

Every advisor in our directory uses a flat fee model. Instead of charging a percentage of your investments, they charge a clear, set fee for their advice.

What's so great about a flat fee model?

A flat fee model has the fewest conflicts of interest and is the most fair to consumers. You get transparent pricing and predictable, controlled costs, no matter how much money you have.

Can a flat fee financial advisor still manage my investments?

Yes. Every advisor in the directory manages investments, and a flat fee can be billed directly from your accounts, just like an AUM fee.

Do the financial advisors on this site pay a fee to be listed?

Yes. Advisors pay a membership fee to be included in the directory.
