Hi, I’m Josh Short - founder of OptimalPath Advisors and a flat-fee, fiduciary financial planner. After nearly 20 years in banking and financial services, I launched my firm to focus on the type of planning I believe people truly need: objective guidance without commissions, asset-based fees, or product sales.

I work primarily with young professionals and early retirees who want a clear, intentional path to Financial Independence.

My approach is highly practical and action-oriented - helping clients optimize cash flow, taxes, investments, retirement planning, and major life decisions using a straightforward and transparent flat-fee model.
